His culinary journey includes years spent at celebrated restaurants like Ox in Portland, Oregon, and Minneapolis restaurants Sea Change at the Guthrie Theater and Wise Acre Eatery. With a strong foundation in farm-to-table cooking and a passion for seafood, Kyle’s style is all about letting exceptional ingredients speak for themselves. As Executive Chef and Co-Owner, he leads with honesty, experience, and a true commitment to working alongside local farmers and producers to craft fresh, seasonal dishes.
