Born and raised in Grand Rapids, MN, Kyle brings a deep-rooted connection to the Northwoods to every plate. His culinary journey includes years spent at celebrated restaurants like Ox in Portland, Oregon, and Minneapolis restaurants Sea Change at the Guthrie Theater and Wise Acre Eatery. With a strong foundation in farm-to-table cooking and a passion for seafood, Kyle’s style is all about letting exceptional ingredients speak for themselves. As Executive Chef and Co-Owner, he leads with honesty, experience, and a true commitment to working alongside local farmers and producers to craft fresh, seasonal dishes.
